Doesn't leak, fits perfectly in my cross body bag. One word of warning, though, do NOT accidentally lose the O ring seal. I accidentally washed it out one day and didn't realize. The bottle will leak without the seal. Thankfully I found the seal and all is well. I'm about to test it out skiing today! I will agree with other reviewers that there is a plastic taste. I am just happy to have some water to drink and not have to carry a giant water bottle. I thought the value was great, I've used it over 6 months and it's still in good working order. I find this is the best you can get for a single-handed use, colapsable water bottle with fast flow and no* microplastics. SIZE I like the small size for my preschooler. Will order the larger size for myself! MATERIALS No bad taste! Can confirm - no plastic components known to degrade into microplastics, other than the cap. Unlike most other products, I am confident I am not consuming measurable amounts of the bottle itself. *Listing seems to transparently identify TPU body, silicone bite valve, and Polypropylene cap. Thanks for the honesty to your consumers! FLOW The bite valve is soft and easy to use. It comes out fast - appropriate for typical swallowing skills over the age of 1. Seems durable, but will update the review once it wears out. SEAL After filling, I test that it's sealed under the sink because occasionally it will leak if not screwed on properly. This is especially true if you load the bottle into a third party carrying case. FUNCTION Looking for a carrying case to use with for exercising and travel. I have not yet found one that fits bike cages, but I have found for running and travel that include a pouch for wallet. Read more

Love these bottles! Used them all summer during my runs. They fit in my elastic running waist belt. They store more water than I thought. Super easy to use. There was a taste initially, but i just washed it a few times and let it air dry and there is no more taste. Read more

UPDATE 8/6/2024: Reviewing the 2-pack of 17 oz. YUCK!! The strong plastic smell/taste cannot be removed from these! I received them 4 days ago and have been trying everything to get them useable. Numerous washing, airing out, baking soda, baking soda + vinegar, baking soda + salt, soaking, over air cleaner air for days, basking in the sunshine/breeze. It finally seemed to improve a little bit after 4 days of this, so I put water in them, let it sit for an hour, poured some of the water into a glass and the smell and taste was strongly in the water, which I spat out!! I am going to have to return them. They are totally unusable. What a shame. Amazon won't let me do a separate review for the pair of 17 oz, so I have to change my rating from 5 star to 1 (0 if I could). Review of 5 oz: This small 5 oz flask is perfect to keep small sips available in my purse. My favorite feature is that it makes no noise in a quiet setting, unlike most water bottles. The weight is just that of the water. I can squeeze some out without tipping back my head. It dispenses without leaking while lying down, so I plan to get a larger one for the nightstand. Oh, one thing . . . it picks up dish soap odors that are hard to eliminate, so don't use a lot of dish soap. Read more
If you are a runner, hiker, walker, marathon participant, these are a must have in my opinion. They are easy to use, they have different sizes and are durable during it use. My son uses this while running and never had any leakage issues or the packaging effects the fresh taste of the water (no plastic or rubber taste here!) and when done it rolls up for easy put away. Im even considering getting a smaller one to keep in my purse to always have hydration avaiable! Everyone should have some of these because they truly are for any occasion. Read more
