I use this with my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and a Spigen Tough Armor MagFit case, and they work great together. It holds this very heavy phone securely, and it's great having a map or Spotify right there in front of me, since my car and doesn't have navigation or Android Auto. Magnetic charging is the way to go, so no cable to connect each trip. The magnets snap the phone into place nicely, and it doesn't slide around. The ball mount lets you pivot and rotate the phone easily. Also they were thoughtful to include a couple extra 3M adhesive discs, which saved me since I wanted to move the mount a little after I installed it. The discs are 1.25" in diameter, and the mount base is slightly larger, so see if your dashboard has a good smooth, flat spot in a good area. It works well opposite the volume knob in my 2013 Accord, and it doesn't block the buttons or vents too much. Spend a little time studying your dashboard and holding your phone where you might mount it before you order this adhesive mount version. I had to order the CD mount version for my wife's car. Magnetic charging is significantly slower than wired, but when you really need to charge your phone quickly, you can easily unplug the cable from the charger and plug it into your phone, if it it has a USB-C connector. Game changer phone charger. I use it with a ProClips mount in a pickup truck, right above an air conditioning vent that I aim at it during the summer to prevent my iPhone from overheating. It’s held well over bumpy and rough roads and charges great. I’d give it six stars if I could. Buy without hesitation. I have a phone case with the “helper” magnet ring, you’ll want to make sure you have that if you use a phone case although it may still work without the magnet if the phone case is slim enough. I am incredibly happy with this mount. it fits perfectly into the old CD slot of my truck and was easy to install. I added a magsafe case for my iPhone 14 and it instantly grabs hold of the mount and stays tight, even over bumpy roads. And when it’s time to get out of the truck the phone pulls off easily. I was excited to find this product. I only have a small place to put my phone that is smooth, and unfortunately most bases are HUGE. This one fit perfectly. HOWEVER, my 2018 Honda CRV doesn't have the type c to plug it in to, for charging (only usbs). I do have a carlink that I love so I'm not worried about plugging it in to get my infotainment. I purchased a type c to usb (I wanted a short one to cut back on wires -12" works perfect) and plugged it in. It will not stay charging and disconnects all the time. It's not the cord, because I used a different top with the same cord and it charges flawlessly. I did pay attention to the specs on the original cord and tried to match. This is a shame, as the magnetic on thus one, and the hold, was top notch and I loved it. At the end of the day, I have the base from this with a different companies magsafe wireless charger on top. I looked for ways to reach out to the company about a specific cord requirement etc, but there's nothing. Not even on the box. So zero customer service. My goal was to not have to plug in my phone to charge, or for infotainment activation. I accomplished that, but it took two different companies, and that's disappointing. Read more

This charger holds onto my phone very well. The charging also works. I have an s24+ with a pitaka case and a Ohsnap grip. My biggest issue with it is that it was nearly impossible to get the cradle attached to the ball socket. It took a LOT of time and effort to get it mounted. It holds on to my phone well, (a Pixel 9 Pro XL with a magsafe case) but it doesn't feel like a premium product, despite carrying a premium price. This Mighty Mount MagSafe CD slot charger has been a great find and a much better option than air vent mounts — assuming your car is old enough to still have a CD slot. If it does, you’re in luck. I’ve gone through a few vent-mounted holders, and if you look at my photo, you can actually see the broken air vent in the background from my old setup. Lesson learned. The CD slot mount is very stable and easy to install. The MagSafe connection is strong and keeps the phone securely in place, even on rougher roads. Wireless charging isn’t super fast (it’s rated up to 15W, though I’m not sure I’m getting that), but it’s extremely convenient. Being able to just place the phone on the mount without plugging anything in is a big plus for everyday driving. Pro tip: If your old holder did break a vent, check an online junkyard for replacement parts. I found a replacement unit for $40 that would have been $400 new.
