I don’t write online reviews normally but for this purchase I will. First of all, the sofa itself is fantastic quality and so so comfortable. Thanks to my dogs I now know, also easy to clean. However, the customer service is what prompted me to write this review. In summary, the couch is shipped in sections. FedEx lost the last piece of our sofa but said it had been delivered when it wasn’t. The company immediately shipped me the missing piece. When UPS then “misplaced” the piece for a few days, the company also worked with UPS to find it and offered to ship the piece AGAIN if they didn’t find it in two days. The seller messaged me every single day with updates. I have literally never had such a good experience working with a company and hence, my review. 5/5 stars. Obsessed with sofa and seller. We saw this couch online with decent reviews thinking it'd be an amazingly soft cloud couch. Saw some of the ratings on Amazon seeing that those weren't as good but ignored them considering we had seen a video from a more reputable creator saying they liked their couch and that it was soft. We started getting some of the couch in but after a day or two realized that we hadn't received the whole couch so we contacted the seller with concern to the matter and this is where I would say they were more helpful. We finally got the last piece of the couch within 4-5 days after receiving the first piece and decided it was time to finally set it up and try it! We got it fully put together to see how it would look and feel in our living room and everybody went to sit on it, it was very uncomfortable. it was hard, scratchy, and definitely didn't feel like a cloud couch should. So after this we went to return it because this wasn't how we thought it would come out and were sorely disappointed with the outcome of this for how much we'd paid. Confirmed return with Amazon and contacted the company via Amazon to ask the easiest way for us to return it to them. They said we'd have to pay for the shipping costs of 6 massive boxes and pay for an repackaging of the parts and tools. We were very upset considering we'd lose out on possibly more than 50% of our returns just because we wanted to try out a couch that we thought we'd love but just didn't. The hardest part to putting this together is unpacking it. The items are so tight together it takes a lot to unpackage. The couch is really nice and very study. Very well made. Packages arrived at different times. Contacted company and they were wonderful to let me know where the other packages were located. Would buy again. Read more
Only reason for 4 stars is the couch seated cushions don’t turn over / are flippantly if you were to stain the top you couldn’t flip it over, simple fix for this company that would bring some more piece of mind to the owner. It’s hugeeee I love the look, the material is soft and not at the same time, I can tell it’s a quality thick and heavy material to. Have only had it one week, if you’re looking for a white couch you understand the responsibilities you’ll take on ofc. Will update later in the year if/when I was the covers to see how they look afterwards and update the quality!. Absolutely great quality for this price no doubt . Wrinkles in photos are not visible in person at all except for the spot where you sat down, do need to fluff it out or you can tell you were sitting there when you get up. Read more
The couch looks aesthetically pleasing, but it was a horrible experience trying to put it together . It was tough . I almost gave up. The pillows are stuffed in the back of each base and it was so difficult to get them out . I hurt my back trying to pull them out . Not sure about comfort yet as I want to make sure the pillows inflate before I sit on it . Also you have to put the fabric on each piece and it’s time consuming . However I dont think it’s worth the money . Read more
I spent so much time looking for couches and was skeptical about buying one online, but this couch is worth every dollar! I think the hemp fabric is what makes it more expensive but after having this couch for 2 months now with animals, I can say it’s very durable and the fabric gets more comfortable with the wear and tear and washing it. I recommend getting this couch! Read more
Pieces of sofa do not stay put together. Also zippers on cushions do lot stay zipped. Constantly having to reattach pieces and rezip cushions. Spend the extra money to get a more durable sofa. Read more
i advise to just save for a real Sofa , this sofa can just be built by hand in your back yard that's how badly made it is ... mostly food and fabric and cheap bed springs i tried to return it and they took $$ out of my refund to ship it back to them worst company i ever dealt with, i don't even right bad reviews but this one is well deserved ... they will not give you a refund if you dislike the quality of the product save the hassle and if you do keep it they'll refund you 40% of what you paid so they don't have to recieve it back, Just poor overall Read more
