Very sturdy and useful. It’s a little heavy for its size but that’s not a concern as long as it serves its purpose well. Read more
Was pleasently surprised. Heavy, sturdy and well made. Great for a lot of reheating tasks or melting butters, little sauce cooks! Read more

I’ve had an old Farberware butter melting pan for decades (still for sale on Amazon). It was stainless steel and that’s great (one of the healthiest materials to cook with) but the handle was heavy and the pot was tall, making it very tippy. I received this little pan as a gift and it solves all of my previous complaints, plus adds new benefits. It’s wide, low, very stable on the stove, heats evenly and so far I don’t notice the handle getting hot. I also like the measurement markings in the inside of the pan. My only complaint is the etched initials on the handle (a made-up name using English letters that makes no sense, typical of Chinese sellers). It makes the pan look cheap but it was inexpensive compared to others, and only my immediate family is likely to see it so I’m keeping the pan. As I use it more I’ll update my review if problems pop up; otherwise I’m satisfied. Read more
