This bag is insanely useful for the price. I feel like I’m still discovering things I like about it. If it’s just being reviewed as a laptop bag, then it’s great. The tech pockets are super soft so a tablet can be carried in the laptop sleeve unprotected and be completely fine. It also has a larger pocket for a large laptop and a slightly smaller pocket presumably specifically intended for a tablet. Both of which are covered in very soft fabric that definitely won’t scratch anything. The side of the bag that is against the body is also padded which I don’t normally see in crossbody bags which usually don’t offer any padding for comfort. The strap is also nice and wide with a shoulder pad, so it can get pretty heavy without it getting uncomfortable. The shoulder pad has a non-slip texture too. The pockets are the best part of this bag. First, they’re gigantic for a bag like this. It could easily hold a laptop and a tablet and a LOT of gear at the same time and everything would be separated. It actually has YKK zippers which are super strong and they have awesome zipper pulls that are strong and would still be easy if you were wearing gloves. Even the inner zippers are YKK. The water bottle straps and netting on the inside is super useful and the smaller pockets on the inside let me keep everything organized. There is a key hook on the inside of an outer pocket too, so it can carry a ton of gear totally silently. Another smart detail is the Velcro for the top flap has huge strips, so if the bag is packed full, the Velcro will still be able to attach. Plus the Velcro is redundant since there are clasps to keep it shut too. And the outer straps are partially embedded in the flap so that they won’t snag on door handles or whatever else. This is a perfect computer bag. It is made out of a light/ medium weight nylon fabric. On the outer flap there is a zipper to hold small items , keys and wallet. The flap has the plastic snap closures and Velcro so it closes nicely. And stays closed. There is another zipper area under the flap for storage of other items not sure what yet. Zippers are descent in quality. The inside bag pouch is huge fits everything. This is a top quality cross body computer bag/ work bag. It is comfortable to wear has the shoulder strap padding. Holy cow what a great bag! This arrived a day before I was about to leave on a business trip for a conference and I thought that I didn't have time to take a look at it before I left, so I didn't even open it. I wish I had! I would have had a much better conference! This thing has pockets galore, protected space, flocking, velcro, a great strap, and more stuff that I keep discovering it every time I use it! This is my new favorite laptop bag! Obviously, at 16", it fits my Thinkpad T490S laptop easily enough. But it also holds the power adapter, my Samsung tablet, a USB charging brick, my cell phone (on an easily accessible outside pocket), some snacks, my shemagh, my water bottle, hand sanitizer, a notebook, my space pen, a small digital camera, and tons more. It blew away the branded bag I got from the conference organizers, and I really wish I'd brought it! I love the "reverse snap" clips. Take a close look at all the pictures and you'll see what I mean. They end up working quite well and I can't believe it took someone this long to improve upon the simple quick release buckle. The stitching is great and the zippers are well-sewn. I wish that there were side flaps so that when you close the top, there weren't gaps at the edge, but this is a small thing. I like that there is no specific velcro patch that you have to use to close the laptop strap - just fasten it anywhere you'd like to the flocking on the inside!
