Item was an anniversary gift to my Wife of 30 years. Gave it to her on Dec 2. It is beautiful and looked great on her. I even bought a 14k gold (not plated) necklace to compliment it. However In just 2 days the stones have come out of the setting twice. I may update this review after hear back from the seller....but for right now, I'm not happy. Update Spoke with Catalina at Gemstoneking customer service and they are sending me a new one immediately. I don't know what experience anyone else has had with this company...but this was great customer service! I'll update again when the replacement arrives Update.....again Replacement arrived very quickly.....after 4 days of wear we've had no problems. It is truly a beautiful peice! My wife loves it! I cannot recommend this item. Buyers must be aware that there are no returns possible. The item can only be purchased if engraved and once engraved cannot be returned. The item is not of the quality one would expect at this price. The peridot stone is very pale by comparison to the displayed image. The engraving is very small. The back of the pendant looks cheap. The pendant lacks luster. In short, am very disappointed and am very upset that no return is possible. The warning of no returns is only in the fine print. Any buyer should be aware - you will be stuck with what you get so you are taking your chances. I had thought that since this was at a higher price point than many similar items I would be assured of a certain minimum level of quality, but have been disappointed. And am also disappointed with Amazon for giving no way our of this situation. Update: Amazon - not the seller - refunded me the money paid. Read more

I was pleased with the appearance and quality of the charm, but the chain (upgraded for $20) was very disappointing. There was no larger loop at the end to make attaching the clasp easy. It took me 5 minutes and a magnifying glass. As others have mentioned, count on getting a different chain. Very pleased with shipping. Order sent overnight Fedex the same day I ordered it. Read more
