Incredibly cheaply made. Bends when used. I can’t for see this lasting any more than a day or so, or in using more than one watermelon. I had to hold onto the end so that it wouldn’t break off while I tried it. And with the shipping costs – this is absolutely not worth the effort, time, or wait for it to be shipped and the cost of postage. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the company because as soon as I started the return, they put up a message that said they would like to work with me, but I can’t find where to contact them. Do not fall victim, like I did! Read more

This item was not real sturdy. I was worried it was going to fall apart before I finished using it on my watermelon. Maybe should spend more money and get a better product. I liked the idea of it, but my husband was able to use a knife w/same result much quicker Read more

Not worth it
The media could not be loaded. P.S. I didn’t realize I was charged $15.99 for this $5.89 item. Pay attention—NO free shipping! Don’t risk it! Nope. Looks like a brilliant idea, but it doesn’t work well at all!! I could sort of get the first layer cut in squares but the next layer down was sliced up mess. It’s not easy to slice the lines evenly so then you don’t have the presentation of nice neat squares. And the box cutting end bent immediately under pressure. Don’t waste your $. Look for a different design or better quality item. Read more
Not very sturdy
I watched the video on line and that convinced me to purchase this product. However, when I first put it in the watermelon it bent. I straightened it and used it like the video and it leaves a lot in the watermelon. The pieces were not as uniform as the video showed and they were hard to get out. It was not as efficient as the video showed. I would have returned it, but at the price it wasn’t worth my time. I guess the price should have been a clue to the sturdiness. Read more
