Perfect for bathroom
These are perfect for what I wanted them for...I put in both in my bathrooms...I didn't like being able to see in trash cans! Perfect size and love it opening without touching and closing by itself! Read more

These trash cans work good. But they open on their own when nothing is touching them. It’s kind of spooky when nothing touches them to open and I am across the room from them. Read more

DO NOT BUY. Terrible motion sensor. Blinks red and will not open/close
Edit: I thought these were broken but it turns out the batteries were just dead ! It runs through batteries so fast that I couldn't possibly believe that the batteries were already dead so I assumed these things didn't work. If you get a red light instead of a green light your batteries need to be changed and then it will work again . I have 2 of these and have fought with both of them to get them to open and close automatically and manually. What I find is that for some reason the lids just wont recognize motion and instead blinks red. Pushing the up/down buttons does nothing either. I have tried everything from resetting by removing batteries to holding down the buttons. Nothing will make these things open by motion or with the buttons. And if I do miraculously get one to open, I have to gingerly move it or it'll start blinking red again and not work. It seems if you hold the lid sideways that helps reset it... sometimes. I hate these trash cans. Read more
