I can't say much about the effectiveness of these gummies, since apparently I have trouble with all gummies. They give me diarrhea and gas. Used to think it was the gelatin, but these have pectin instead, and still gave me gas. They do taste great though, and are made of healthy ingredients, which is important! There's mixed information on whether collagen should be consumed or applied to skin. I've found that a lot of professionals prefer the latter option, but I don't see the harm in consuming it within reason. I've had mixed results with powders as far as taste goes, so I thought gummies would be good. These ones, I'm not really sure about. These gummies taste artificial. From the extract flavoring to the somewhat plastic taste, I'm not sure I like these enough to continue eating them based on that alone. They are a more chewy gummy rather than jelly consistency, so if you have textural preferences just keep that in mind. No idea if I'm going to see a difference. There's only 5 types of collagen of the 60 (I believe) types out there, and they seem to be the same ones offered in any edible collagen product. The rest of the ingredients are basic vitamins that you may or may not already consume on a regular basis. Because this isn't 'pure' collagen or focused on several vitamins rather than an entire list, I would definitely get an opinion on whether you could benefit from this product before using it. These Flyrocer Hydrolyzed Collagen Gummies are rather tasty, which makes it easy and encourages me to keep up with taking my vitamins. And what's great is they aren't just collagen, but have other vitamins included as well. The strawberry flavor is mild, not overwhelmingly sweet and does not leave a weird aftertaste. They are a softer gummy, easy to chew and have a good texture. I love how they don't stick to each other so it is easy to shake a couple out of the container. There have been no issues with stomach upset, but I do tend to take my vitamins/supplements after I've eaten. I can't say how effective they are since I switched from a powder form of collagen to these gummies, so it is something I have been using, it is just in a different format now.
