I bought this even though I was skeptical. But you know what? It does the job very well. It does get rid of all surface stuff but I am someone who needs "deeper cleaning." But to be fair, its probably my fault. I have carpel tunnel in both hands so I'm probably not squeezing it hard enough to do a more thorough job. 5 sheets of TP is enough for that. I bought a toilet fitted bidet at the same time as this portable one and I actually use this one more. It's portable and easy to use. Just unscrew the lid fill with warm water and soap if wanted and screw the lid back on. The angle nosle makes it comfortable to use while sitting down. I can get better pressure with this than the toilet installed one. The case is handy but not the best quality, however for the price you can't complain. Read more

Adding a bidet to my RV toilet wasn't an option, but after using one of those in the house after a surgery, I was NOT going back to gross toilet paper! I tried the powered ones, but they didn't have the flexibility in nozzle angle I wanted. I decided to step pack and go low tech. This doesn't have nearly the power of a bidet on the water line, but it DOES work. The large bottle helps, and the nozzle and angles are perfect. "Not too hard to squeeze, and fairly easy to hold even with painful hand joints. Could do with having a longer spout for easier reach, or retractable spout. It doesn't quite fit in the carry bag because the spout sticks out a bit, and it can be a tight wiggle to get the bottle into the bag too so those could stand to be a little bigger in those directions. I generally use these at home to be honest, and they're not an adequate full replacement for toilet paper for the back end. It'll rinse but you still need to wipe away the solids. Even when just washing away from a ""number one"" you'll need to dry off with something. At home you could use a towel or cloth that can be washed and used gain to save on using toilet paper, but there's no way you can just not dry off after unless you want the crotch of your clothes to be cold and wet. Oh and I also learned the hard way by being impatient waiting for my tap to warm up that using cold water will be an unpleasant experience, and if it's too hot too it'll be an unwelcome scorch downstairs. Use only lukewarm/warm water for the best experience." Read more
