I started having pain in my wrist after making a TON of crocheted projects this past Christmas, so I ordered this product to help provide some positioning support. I like that it's a simple design and adjustable in how it can be worn (left vs right, how high/low, support facing inside vs outside, etc.), however it does take some trial and error in order to figure out exactly how to wrap in a way that provides the support you need. I wish the product came with instructions of any kind for guidance on how to best use it, but there was nothing to reference. That being said, I did find it helpful in stabilizing my thumb and assisting with pain relief. The velcro held up well and didn't get caught on clothing or furniture, which is nice. The wrap was also thinner than using an ace-bandage type wrap and it fit easily under my sleeves.
