I am very sun sensitive so I wear visors a lot, great sun protection, both for my eyes and my skin. These are great visors and I keep one in my car all the time. I find that not only in bright sun with sunglasses but at night with glare this is often the best solution. I do have a smaller head since I am on the petite side so they fit me perfectly!
