This ball is amazing for keeping your dog mentally stimulated and busy for a while. My dog love just playing with it. It is cute to watch her find the treats and the ball is still in great condition and I bought it for her, in the summer. I bought it shortly after we brought her home I will be buying new ones when these 3 get old. It is not that expensive compared to the price you would pay in a pet store. I checked. Since this was a 3-piece pack, 1 of the snuffle balls immediately went to a senior cat who thinks he's a dog. He has gotten more anxious as he has gotten older, and this snuffle ball helps relieve his anxiety, and boy does he love treats. The other 2 balls are being held in reserve until the new puppy quits teething, chewing, and trying to swallow pieces. They could be a choking hazard for a teething puppy. The balls are made out of soft polar fleece material that doesn't easily come apart but can be pried apart if you have an aggressive chewer. Other than that, these snuffle balls seem well made, pretty big 5.9" dia so they can hold a few or a lot of treats, and the colors are bright and cheery. They're machine washable. Read more

My small (10-20lbs) dogs love these and they do not usually play with dog toys. It’s great to keep them entertained and engaged for about 10-15 minutes depending on how many treats you hide inside. Quality is good, well stitched together felt pieces. We have used them for a few months and they are still in really good shape. I would not recommend for dogs that like to chew a lot or tug on toys. The media could not be loaded. This snuff ball is amazing!! I was worried that the kibble might fall out but the felt is very soft so it kind of sticks together and the folds hold it in place. I’m using Farmina Adult mini kibble. So I can’t speak to larger kibble. There are so many folds, so it can hold quite a bit of food. Easy to fill up. I give it a little squeeze after filling it up to help hold the kibble in place. Yes, a couple kibble fell out of the snuffle ball while my dogs played with it but only one or two. My two 14 yr old senior dogs enjoyed sniffing out the kibble from the snuffle balls. One sniffed /played with the ball for a solid 20 minutes and only stopped because she finally found all the food. She then went outside for a potty break. After which she ran straight back to her snuffle ball with the hopes that it was refilled. My other senior pup has been sniffing/playing with his snuffle ball for almost an hour. Ultimate entertainment value. It’s winter here, so we are not at the park or out walking very much. This snuffle ball is keeping my pups very engaged. Especially the most senior one. He’s losing his eye sight, teeth and hearing. It’s sad to see him lose the confidence and joy he once had playing fetch and tearing into plush toys. This snuffle ball is giving him pure, lasting, enjoyment. I’m sure he’s going to sleep well tonight! Another great factor is that it doesn’t make any noise. So can be enjoyed during zoom calls. I haven’t washed it yet, so can’t comment on that. I would definitely recommend not using any fabric softener. One, because it’s toxic and two, it might effect the grip of the soft fabric.
