I have long, curly hair and this helps to keep it from getting too frizzy from being in a bike helmet. I put it in a low ponytail and cover with this durag, tucking the tail into the pouch. This keeps it protected so that all I need is some dry shampoo and curl refresher spray and I’m good to go without having to shampoo each time I ride. Read more

I usually wear a pony tail when riding and I have curly mid-back length hair. After a ride by pony tail would be tangled, dry and frizzy from all of the wind. This is the perfect solution for me. The pouch holds the length and texture of my pony tail well with out flattening it out. My hair isn't tangled or dried out after a ride. The ties make it easy to adjust the fit and the material is nice and silky and does not pull or snag my hair. I do sweat in the head while riding and this item dried quickly during a gas break. It was nice no having to replace my helmet on a wet head. The two solid colors, black and white can go with anything and I feel comfortable keeping it on my head when I'm not on my bike.
