I love these!! I purchased them because I was waking up with horrible carpal tunnel pain every single night multiple times per night and had to get something. If you’re waking up with carpal tunnel pain in the middle of the night I highly recommend these. I wear them every night and my pain has gone from 100% of the time to about 15% of the time. I have yet to wake up with pain since using this. I highly recommend them as a good starting point for pain, relief at night as a part of your carpal tunnel treatment or neuropathy pain. The benefits are they are really easy to put on. The velcro could in time come lose, but it hasn't so fa on me. They are pretty and breathable. They do keep your wrist straight if that is what you bought these for. I personally need a brace that was comfortable first, something pretty so I would actually wear it. something that wouldn't be cumbersome which I do find they are when typing, mainly because I have short fingers and so I have manipulated my hands to get to the right keys without overreaching. The negative is that you can't just use these for typing, you could, but I doubt you could type as you would normally. Now for the real negative for me. My doctor recommended wrist gloves to sleep because I curl my fingers when I sleep and when I wake up, my fingers are numb and I mentioned that I was afraid of my hands and fingers curling when I get older (I'm 43). Ok so that I like is the fit, they are breathable, good quality, but the metal part slips out often so it messes up the comfort and support. Yes they are adjustable but unless you find a way to hold the metal bars in there they will slip out. Read more

Starters, they stunk. The plastic whatever smell was so overwhelming I had to let them sit outside for a day plus to air out. Second, the thumb hole is way too small, and rubs on the bottom of my bone and hurts the whole next day. Third, the foam is so stiff that you can't conform then to your wrists. Feels like you just strapped cardboard tubes to your wrists. And I'm sure it would soften over time, but in the meantime it limits the comfort and actual use of the product. Read more

My braces arrived today! I'm having such terrible carpal-tunnel pain that I could not bend my wrists this morning. I wore these all day, & I'm typing this now. 💗 (I took them off to wash my hands & to prepare dinner. I'm letting my skin "breathe" for a few minutes without the braces. I will put them back on, shortly.) I've had sturdier, slightly more comfortable braces, but these are great, & about half the prices of the braces in mind (if I remember correctly).
