I like this product, but you need to know it is near impossible to put on by yourself because it is very flexible, so it gets all stuck up. I cut the two long pieces out and was able to put these on alone. It does help. If someone can help put it on, I think it would be really great. I still would purchase this again because the single strips do help. Read more

I bought the Anglechic 20 Count Kinesiology Tape for shoulder support. The tape itself is comfortable, flexible, and easy to apply, and the pre-cut strips are convenient. However, the adhesive is not very strong. Even with clean, dry skin, the tape did not stay on for very long and started peeling much sooner than expected, especially with movement. It may work for very short-term use, but if you need kinesiology tape that lasts through workouts or all-day wear, this may not be the best option. Decent product overall, but the adhesive definitely needs improvement. Read more
I love these but they are bit thin so having a second person to help put them on is helpful. This also helps when pulling down the bottom part to increase tension. But I have wasted a few because they stuck together and there are no instructions. I can keep them on for up to 3 days if I don't get it wet. Then it starts to peel off. Read more

Ended up having to change multiple times following their instructions. very limited adhesive which was very disappointed. I tried 4 different times with HELP from my wife putting these on for me. Each time the lack of adhesion made me go through 20 of them with ONLY 4 attempts. Didn't ask for my money back, because I had already tried using them and ran out of product. In theory, it should have been of great benefit, however, it was difficult to use based on limited adhesion. Perhaps my box came from a bad batch. I was really looking forward to using these.
