Very convenient to use and good support

I really like these pre-cut tapes. They are of good quality. To be frank, it is hard to make something like this by oneself and hard to achieve this kind of support to the shoulder. The fabric-like material has great stretch, moving with your shoulder while giving the surrounding muscles solid support. Just a heads-up that it can be a bit tricky to put on—the adhesive is prone to sticking to itself or to skins nearby. It is definitely easier if you have someone to help you. The price is kind of ok, so far there has been no issue of using it. Read more

Good pre-cut shoulder tape for relief

The material has a fabric feel to it and has very good elasticity. Once on it does strech as you move your shoulder but offers some support for the shoulder muscles. The one thing I had issue with it's the application. It's much easier to have someone put it on your shoulder cause once you get the backing off, it likes to flop around and stick to itself. And the shoulder area is hard to get on properly without a bit of assistance. Overall, it provides good support for your shoulder and surrounding muscles. Read more
