Very convenient to use and good support
I really like these pre-cut tapes. They are of good quality. To be frank, it is hard to make something like this by oneself and hard to achieve this kind of support to the shoulder. The fabric-like material has great stretch, moving with your shoulder while giving the surrounding muscles solid support. Just a heads-up that it can be a bit tricky to put on—the adhesive is prone to sticking to itself or to skins nearby. It is definitely easier if you have someone to help you.
