I love these cloths. They are just the right size for doing dishes an lasts a really long time. They dry really fast so unlike a sponge they don't start smelling after several uses. The clean very well without scratching my pots. I got these as a replacement for the ones I have now because I kept giving them away for people to try. These are the exact ones I have now. I have been using the same cloth for over a month and it still has a long way to go. I keep a separate one for household cleaning so it saves on paper towel too. Read more

I've been needing some new kitchen rags. I've never tried this type with the mesh on one side before, and since we cook at home multiple times a week for a family of five, I figured it'd be good to try something that advertises better scrubbing power. A pack of 12 is nice and will last a while if you also use sponges and other scrubby things for whatever job fits them best. These are good all-around rags, but I was hoping they'd have better scrubbing power than what I already own. I think these are on par with the "scrubbiness" of a Scrub Daddy-type sponge, as they are definitely better than a smooth rag, but didn't seem to get anything more off than my Scrub Daddy. They're more flexible since they're a rag and not a sponge, so that's nice when you need to clean something that's a weird shape. I'm a little disappointed in their durability. I added a photo of one of the rags after using it once on a load of dishes--just plates, utensils, and a couple of stainless steel pots. No knives, etc. The wire mesh ripped, although I don't feel like I was scrubbing particularly hard. That being said, it's sewn on in a way that those holes haven't gotten any bigger, so it's not like the entire rag disintegrated within a day. I still have this rag after a month since I alternate using it with other sponges and stuff, though it's getting to the point where I'll probably throw it away soon. I expected it not to get holes after only a single washing session, though. Because of the metal, I wouldn't put these in the dryer if you need to wash them thoroughly. I have a little sink-sized washboard I use for delicates and things like this that I'm not sure will hold up in a washer/dryer, and I also air-dried it. So I don't know how they hold up to a machine wash, but I'm not particularly confident. Three stars because they do their job and I like that 12 come in a pack. Maybe they're best if you're moving or doing some cleaning where you expect to throw away a lot of nasty rags and stuff afterward. I don't think I'd buy them again for everyday use, though. Read more
