Why did I purchase the Parchment Paper Sheets, 12 x 16 Inch, Precut Non-Stick Parchment Sheets for Baking, Cooking, Grilling, Air Fryer and Steaming Unbleached, Fit for Half Sheet Pans? Because - I am soooooo beyond sick of using foil. I hate foil. I wanted this particular item because they are flat, unbleached and fit my half sheet pans. If I want them to fit my whole sheet pans I simply place two of them together. If I want them to fit anything else, I can use scissors to properly shape them for any pan or skillet. I still use grocery store rolls of parchment paper; and when using scrunch it up like professional cooks advise but, these precut non-stick parchment sheets are way better. Yes, sometimes the ends burn in a hot oven - especially when I use them them in my air fry oven but hey it's paper in a hot oven - so what dumb butt leaves their oven to go mow the grass knowing that? Not I!!! And this is not a portable air fryer I'm talking about. I actually purchased a gas stove and one of the applications (perks) is a built-in air fryer. In other words not only does my gas oven turn into a convention oven, a dehydrator, a bread yeast warmer and etc - but an air fryer at the punch of a button. So these nonstick precut parchment sheets are ideal and can even go in the standard air fryer stainless steel basket with the tray. I bought two from amazon separate from the stove. Actually, the manufacturer of the gas stove should have provided one for free but sadly it did not come with the complimentary steel basket for air frying (cheap bastards). Thoroughly delighted with this purchase. This is my second order by the way. I'm 3/4 of the way through my first packet but I like to keep them in stock so I don't run out. I can finally toss away my foil. I prefer paper. Read more
