My husband and I assembled this in about 30-minutes. We are not in a hurry making sure we read the instructions. The parts are well packaged and I like that the screws are already attached where it should be, so you don't have to shuffle over a bunch of screws and figure out what to use. You just have to unscrew them put the parts together and screw them back in. Easy pissy. You need someone who can help lift it up to place it where you want to station the machine, because the base is kind of heavy. I choose this machine because I have been using this same brand in my Chiropractor's clinic and I already know how it performs and how to use it. I prefer this to a treadmill because it shakes your stomach and upper arm fats, while a treadmill doesn't. For me doing 10-minute walkout a day beats walking 2-3 miles a day. I can also listen to music or watch my favorite YouTube show or read a book while the machine shakes the rest of my body. You can position yourself in different ways what parts of your body will shake/receive the workout. Very convenient and it doesn't occupy a lot of space. Been loving it so far.
