The media could not be loaded. It started to turn itself off and on every second or so. The blue LED fades off, then turns on again. As a result, my iPhone makes the beeping sound for start of charging every second too. Tries different cable, outlet, etc. it seems it just the adapter itself malfunctioning and unfortunately is just beyond the 30 days return window. UPDATE (Dec 2025): I contacted the seller about this issue (sent a video too) and I have to say that the response was prompt and excellent. They confirmed it was defective and sent a free replacement. I'm changing my rating to 5 stars and I totally recommend this seller for standing behind their product. Works great...bought it for traveling on a train...to keep everything charged. Testing it now for inconsistencies. Surprise! This product works and charges, but the advertising is somewhat misleading. It has only ONE high current charging port despite having 8 ports total. Most of the USB A and USB C ports do not really provide high current charging although they can do a good job on many devices. If you want to fast charge a phone (I have Android and have read some Apple products do not charge fast on this device) the top USB C port will provide you with extra fast charging. I have not tested it with my laptop. None of the others will. I do like that it has a AC cord (with a switch) which allows more flexibility in where you locate it. For the price this will work for many but limited high rate charging. Read more
