I absolutely LOVE this machine. Let me start by saying this is my second Gevi espresso machine - the first was a single boiler with no grinder and it lasted it 6 years before it began to overheat. This is a massive upgrade - BEST CUP OF COFFEE IVE EVER HAD. The grinder is excellent and not too loud, the shots have perfect crema, and since its dual boiler I can pull shots and steam milk at the same time over and over. It did take a little time to come up with the perfect ratio of beans and water, but itโs a labor of love for any true coffee connoisseur. The cup warmer on the top is the bees knees!! The main flaws are figuring out the timing and toasting bagels. It takes a little trial and error to find the right setting without over- or under-toasting, and bagels donโt always come out as evenly browned as regular bread.
