Well, I just opened the box up and started using it today. Let me tell you, I am in love with it already. I took it out of the box and knew that I had to charge the light therapy part of the cap. It is not one unit. I plugged in the light therapy panel and left it charging until it was just solid red (not flashing red). I adjusted the black hat to fit my head. FYI, I wear a lot of baseball caps and this one was easy to adjust, looked great, and felt natural. When ready, I placed the light therapy part inside the cap, turned on the power button to the first red light setting, then let it do its magic on my hair while I looked like I just was wearing a normal baseball cap. Cute, functional, and easy. You do need to keep a timer because it doesn’t beep when it’s done. Love it! I do feel a difference, but I know this is easy enough to use every day. Good purchase! Got this to use in conjuction with oral minoxidil. It is very comfortable and easy to use. I put it on every night. It has an automatic timer and long battery life. If I could give this 10 stars I would! First off there was a problem with the delivery having to do with the carrier not this company, but the company jumped right in immediately to make things right and turned our experience completely around. The company responded quickly, gave us a refund for the shipping costs & for the inconvenience and on top of it expedited our hats. We received the hats 2 days later. The hats are actually amazing quality, durable with a very powerful insert which was fantastic and what I was hoping for. I wanted to be able to red light under a beanie hat as well as a baseball or trucker hat. The durable yet flexible insert fits right into my own hat that’s my size and into my beanie as well! Once you have the insert or the hat on you can go about your day it’s so convenient & very lightweight, yet the lights are powerful, it gets warm reassuring you it’s doing its job. I was not sure whether this would work or not. But I have read so much about red light therapy for circulation and even supposedly hair loss. After the purchase, I almost use it every day, sometimes even 2 times a day. I do feel like it has helped my overall health with blood pressure/circulation.
