This is the best electric shaver I've ever owned! It provides an incredibly close and comfortable shave without any irritation. The battery life is outstanding, lasting for weeks on a single charge. It's also fully waterproof, making cleaning quick and easy under the tap. The build quality feels premium and durable in hand. For the price, the performance and features are absolutely unmatched. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality shave every morning! Read more

I didn’t expect much at first, but this XPERTT trimmer turned out to be way better than I thought. The build quality feels premium — the matte metal body has a nice weight to it without being heavy, and the overall design looks sleek. The blade is sharp and smooth, and it trims very cleanly without pulling hair. The wide blade makes it super quick to clean up the jawline, neck, and sides. It’s honestly more efficient than most trimmers I’ve used. A few highlights: • Low noise — much quieter than expected. • Fast charging and solid battery life. • Easy to clean — the blade can be rinsed under water. • The adjustable dial for length is super convenient (no need to swap attachments constantly). If you’re looking for a reliable all-in-one tool for shaving, trimming, and edging, this one works extremely well. For the price, the performance is seriously impressive. Read more

Great Honestly, I’m pretty impressed with this trimmer. It’s more powerful than I expected, and it cuts smoothly without pulling or snagging. The design is clean and comfortable to hold, and the USB-C fast charging is a nice touch—much better than the old bulky chargers most trimmers still use. I’ve tried it for both wet and dry grooming, and it handles both really well. What surprised me most is how it stacks up against the big brand-name trimmers. It basically does the same job, with the same functions, but at a fraction of the price. For what you pay, you get solid performance, a good build, and something that’s easy to take on trips. Overall, definitely a great value and a purchase I don’t regret. Read more

I purchased this item and when it arrived I plugged it in to charge. Later I used it to shave and it I did a very good job. The next evening I went to use it again and it wouldn’t turn on. I thought that was weird as it advertises up to 90 minutes of runtime and I only had used it for 15 - 20 minutes during my first shave. I plugged it back in and the lights indicated it was 75% charged, and it only took a few minutes to get to 100% (all four lights lit solidly). I tried it again and it only ran for a few seconds. While running the lights counted down from four to one, and all went out when it died. Curious I tried charging again and the same steps happened. Started at 75% (three solid lights and one blinking) and completed in a couple minutes. Once again it only ran for a few second. After repeating this a couple times eventually it wouldn’t even turn on anymore. Hitting the button just did the countdown without the motor actually starting. I took video of this and emailed the support contact on their website. That would a couple days ago and I’ve received no response. Additionally I noted that many pages of the website were boilerplate without the template fully filled out (like “here at [Insert Company Name]” etc). So I’m not sure whatever warranty they claim is worth the digital text it’s written in. At this point I setup a return with Amazon, and they refunded me without having to return the item. Interestingly there is a section in the manual about removing the battery at the device’s end of life for disposal. Once again I was curious so I took it apart and discovered three things: 1. The process of disassembly broke the cables connecting the circuit board to the charge port. 2. The battery is soldered to the board, so to remove it would take more work than your typical customer would be comfortable with. 3. The battery is a typical Li-Ion 3.7v nominal battery. It was at a 4v while being “dead”, and on one of these batteries 4v is pretty well charged. Max is typically 4.2v and anywhere from 3.2v to 3.6v would be considered “dead.” From this it appears the issue is one of the board being bad vs the battery. Not that it matters. It’s too bad, as the head and motor seem to work great. But with shoddy quality control and no support whatsoever it’s probably best to skip this one. Read more

This product is good quality. The issue being (for me) is that the blades did not cut close to skin at all. It’s not a close shave as the Philips one blade is. This shaver may be good for those with beards or a lot more hair on face. The reason I’m not giving three stars is because the razor may be better for people with way more hairy faces. I like close shaves, skin close. This blade did not deliver that for me. Its functionality does deliver, very unique, but it did not deliver a clean close shave for me. The power is good. In all, I would say give it a try. Thank you. Read more

Trimmer is relatively effective for short or thin beards, but lacks power for thicker hair or if you let it grow out a bit between shaves. Also it is nearly impossible to clean the head fully. I spend as much time trying to get small hairs out from between the teeth of the trimmer as I do actually trimming my beard. Also, forget about the brush that comes with it, it is practically useless and frays almost immediately. Overall the best things going for it are the price and portability, but that's about it. Only buy if you shave nearly daily. Read more
