In addition, the vent mount is easy to install and does not block the air vents, so our phones stay cool and it does not interfere with the air conditioning. The holder is sturdy and durable, and we’ve had no issues with it being exposed to normal driving vibrations and movements. The grip is strong and doesn't slip, even on bumpy roads or sharp turns, giving us peace of mind that our phones are safe and secure. It works well , many possibilities of angle and it’s really well made Extendable, and even comes with a small vent clip to attach to the air vent, again well put together !! My phone is an iPhone 12 Pro and this mount fits my phone very well. Holds the phone nicely and securely. Its very strong and the multiple adjusters let you put it in loads of different positions. It’s easy to fit and remove the phone one-handed, and the suction sticks well. I followed the instructions, opened the suction cup lock, placed the mount on my dashboard, pressed hard to expel the air, and finally and the most important step locked the suction cup lock! Now, this mount stays in place. I didn't have these steps before and put the suction cup directly on the dash, shortly after, the mount started to keep falling off I had some qs regarding the air outlet clip and there customer service responded within 6 hours. I have ordered this cell phone holder for private use in my car. I unpacked the holder immediately after receipt and attached it to the dashboard. I could attach the holder with the pre-installed suction cup within a few seconds. This is very easy because I have tried many holders. I recommend that those using the holder for the first time read the instructions carefully before using it. This will make the holder work better. The mount sits very firmly and can thus hardly be moved. I could position my phone in the phone holder without any problems. The arm is retractable, and you can still get very close to it. It still works well on the windshield because of the strong suction (although I don't recommend this usage, which can obscure the view and is unsafe). I also tried the air vent option; I needed to replace the accessory on the back for the clip. It was great too! I seem to have gotten two different holders. The air vent clip has a small slot design, which is described in the ad to improve the clip's stability. Also, my smartphone iPhone 14 Pro Max remains in the preset position during the car ride, which is why I can also easily use navigation while driving. Customer service reached out immediately and replaced the first one since the dash mount didn't want to stick and was missing the tightening piece. The replacement works great and the rep reached out to make sure I was satisfied. Comes with a vent mount as well. I gave it four stars only because I have to tighten occasionally or my phone slips down some while recording on a bumpier road. Still a good set up for the price and a good beginner dash mount.
