At 50 years old, most of the tools I have acquired over the years are of decent quality and have stood the test of time. However, there are sometimes innovations that cause me to succumb to getting another tool… like ratcheting combination wrenches. Yeah, my tool truck old school combo wrenches still work fine, but I find myself grabbing the ratcheting ones more often than not. My work lights are no different. For years (more than I care to admit, I had been using incandescent shop lights under the hood and halogen lights for indoor construction needs. I finally went to LED shop lights several years ago, but sadly still owned halogen construction lamps. I saw this set up come available through Amazon’s vine program and ordered it. Overall, I’m happy with it and find it to be a good upgrade to my old school halogens. It assemble fairly easily. The light output is amazing. The light “coolness” is excellent for most tasks. The lights do get warmer than I expected them to, but compared to the skin searing heat of the old halogens, these are cooler… way cooler. I'd like a longer cord, but I'm usually running extension cords anyway. The tripod/mount… well, I don’t hate it. It doesn’t feel as substantial as I’d hope for, but it does seem pretty stable and the overall weight makes it feel fairly stable. I still work with care around it, though. It adjusts rather easily and hold its position. Similarly, the light units also seem to hold their positions/angles, as well. I would like to knock a star for the stand quality as it doesn’t feel the best, but when I factor in that I mainly wanted the lights, that the stand is functional, and they are offering it all at a fairly reasonable cost, I really couldn’t justify taking a star off. They’re good lights and I’m happy to have them to replace those hotter than the sun halogens! Read more

Nice super bright light stand. The directions are a little dodgy but you can figure it out. It’s not hard and the parts are all hand operable- no tools needed for assembly/ disassembly. Handy that the lights can be used without the stand and sometimes you don’t want a battery tool- this can run all day and night plugged in. It’s super bright.Daylight on a stand. Good color light, not too blue or orange. The cord is a good length and since this is LED you can extend with any regular extension cord easily. Also means it won’t run hot and burn you. Bonus, it folds up slim so I just store it between my garage fridge and the wall in previously unused space. Read more

Most the the issues I though this would have it has. Lights get hot, not as bad as old school light but still hot. Metal is cheap and flexible, and the light pigtails are too short. But all that in consideration, it’s not a bad deal. Read more

I recently got my hands on these 21000Lumen LED work lights with a stand, and I have to say they are really impressive, they are super bright and have a wide range of motion, which makes them perfect for my garage and job site. The fact that they are ip66 waterproof is a huge plus, I don't have to worry about them getting damaged in harsh weather conditions. The 16ft cord is also really convenient, it gives me plenty of room to move around. I did notice that the stand can be a bit tricky to set up at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use. I love how portable they are, I can easily take them to different parts of the job site. Overall, I'm really happy with these lights, they are definitely a great addition to our workshop, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and bright light source. This construction light is pretty bright, and is easy to set up, I would have liked if it had a bit more weight on the bottom as it is a bit top heavy. It lit up a room pretty well, and is adjustable. The one thing that was a little concerning was how hot it got within minutes of being on, it was untouchable after a couple minutes, and I think that it might decrease the life of the leds with how hot it's getting. But overall I think it's a great work light! Read more
