Works as expected. All of the levers slide out smoothly and stay put until you push the button and slide them back in. The USB-A and USB-C ports work. Both types of USB ports are 5V (No PD support). The max current I was able to get on USB-A was just under 1.5A, and 2A for USB-C. NOTE: While this adapter will allow you to plug in grounded plugs (3 prong), it does not connect to ground on the other end. It’s like using one of the 3-prong to 2-prong adapters to plug into a non-grounded port. Even with the UK plug, the ground plug is not metal. I think this needs to be pointed out. The device feels solid and functions quite well. It really is a swiss army knife of adapters, but ironically it doesn’t support the Switzerland type J plug on the plug side (does support it on the socket side). Value: I consider this a pretty good value for anyone traveling a lot and don’t need voltage or frequency conversion (most of us just need USB to charge most things). Read more

Traveled to Brazil and this travel adapter worked perfectly. I love how it has the USB plugs on the bottom (both regular USB and USB-C) which made it even more valuable and convenient. The various plugs pop out using sliders on the side and are secure. Press the side button to push them back in. Nice to have an all-in-one solution instead of carrying around multiple adapters. Used this on a recent trip to Europe, and it worked perfectly for my hair dryer and charging multiple devices at once. The included USB-C and USB-A ports are super handy and eliminated the need to pack extra chargers. It’s lightweight, compact, and comes with a nice storage bag. My item was just a power adapter and not the converter version. I just used it on a recent trip to Europe. It worked great. I did have to replace the fuse once, but it comes with a backup fuse. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Universal converter box is very handy. I have been using it for a while now and it’s been really reliable. For me having is very useful so when and if I do travel, I will have what I need to convert my US plug to whatever country I am traveling to. It’s very nice to have. Read more

I haven't gone abroad with this item yet, purchased it in advance, but from getting it out of the box, I'm very pleased with it. It's on the smaller size (which is AWESOME) and has options for plenty of usb plugs. I really love that it just has a slide out plug for whatever country you're in because an older adapter that I have requires me to bring around different outlet plugs in order to have the charger work. This is a much better solution so you don't have to worry about losing things. I look forward to using this item on my next international trip, and probably will use it on a cruise or two to maximize the outlets for charging devices for the whole family. (You can use one of the international plugs on the ship with this item and free up the US based plugs for other items!) So far I am pleased with my purchase. Read more
