Seems to be a quality product, but that is where it stops. There is no US telephone tech support (email only). Had to e-mail their tech support (in China) because my Win 11 Pro would not activate. Kept getting an error telling me the hardware had changed. While waiting for a response, I decided to contact Microsoft Support. Luckily, Microsoft Support was willing to help me and solved the problem so I could activate my windows. The product did not include a manual or quick guide. Although I like the quality, I would not recommend if you live in the US. **Update** The company's customer service response was automatically being filtered to my spam folder on the e-mail providers server. I believe this is due to their "From" field having Chinese characters in it. I have upgraded my rating from two stars to three stars because their customer service was responsive. Unfortunately, I still would not recommend purchasing this product if you live in the United States because of no US Telephone support (unless you want to pay international charges). Read more
