We purchased these to use in our program for back to school events. We gave one to a child and the first day she used it, the main zipper broke. She is a small child, 3rd grader, so the load was not that heavy. We contacted the company and basically were told sorry but the time to return has expired. Will not purchase these again. Read more

The packaging was horrendous, just like last year's shipment. It had been taped and re-taped, possibly by Fed Ex. It is a heavy parcel, so I would think the packaging would have matched the bulkiness and weight of the product. It was falling apart when I received it. Read more

Decided to stress test a bag before distributing them. Major failure, tugged on the left strap at the top and immediately it tore, right side tore just as easily. I don't think the bag would last a school day . The material overall is very lightweight even for the "deluxe" ones I bought. How do they think this up to standard to be sold.
