I have a Friend that is a teacher in the poorest school district in Los Angeles, every year she has a wish list for her school kids, this year I donated a 24 pack of backpacks . She said that many of the kids can’t afford one and their chrome laptops get so banged up and damaged when they take them home. She said the kids were so Ecstatic picking out a backpack and loved all the colors, they were a good quality pack nice and sturdy and plenty of room for the laptops . The zipper tabs are made of such poor quality - when you try to zip up or unzip - they break like a cracker. I’ve had poor poor responses to make things right. I bought 48 of these and then gave them away to the homeless because they were of such poor quality. I actually felt bad doing that… Company would only refund 7 that they saw in picture. I guess I needed to take a picture of all 48 poor quality bags- terrible customer service. They’ve lost me as a customer for anything in the future- don’t make the same mistake!
