These uv stickers work pretty well, make sure you put them on before applying the su block. I noticed that when in the shade they get more transparent and in the sun the color comes through more so I'm not sure how accurate they are based on that, basucally you could have a sunburn but if you check the sticker in a shaded area it could read incorrectly.
