Battery Issue/Steering Misalignment
This bike has been used for less than 24 hours and is already malfunctioning. 1. Power failure: The bike repeatedly shuts off during use. My son constantly has to press the power button to turn it back on. It even cuts off in the middle of acceleration, which is extremely dangerous. I purchased two other bikes of the same model, and neither has this issue. My child has only used this bike for approximately 32 minutes total, and it will not remain powered on. I have already attempted basic troubleshooting, including ensuring the battery is fully charged. On day two, the same issue continued. 2. Steering and wheel alignment issues: The wheels frequently become misaligned with the steering. The bike pulls to one side even when the handlebars are straight. I attempted to fix this by tightening the bolts, but the problem persists. This issue also occurs on the other two. 3. Inconsistent parts between bikes: One of the bikes did not come with the full set of stickers or features. One bike has a speedometer, while the other only has a plastic placeholder. This inconsistency is unacceptable given the price. For nearly $300, this level of quality is unacceptable. I have no issue disassembling and returning this bike if necessary. I will be contacting customer support, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly. Having two identical bikes for comparison makes it clear that this specific bike is defective.
