Easy as pie!
I didn't want to spend this much for weights. Now that I have them, I appreciate the simplicity and they actually work well. Some of the reviews I read of other adjustable barbells indicated issues with weights falling off and so forth. They were less expensive so I decided to take a chance on these that cost a little more. I am glad I did. These have a very solid feel and are so easy to adjust. I used to have to spin the lug off of my other set and this really helped break my momentum. Now I just rotate to the setting I want and off we go. Easy as that. Read more

Got these since they were on sale, and hoped they were well made. I am happy to confirm they are made well, and work as designed. I wish the plastic base didn't move around so much when you lift or lower the dumbbells on them. The weight selector is good, and easy to adjust. They were a super deal compared to other well known brands, its a great value per/lb. I wished the 55lb (110 lb set) was not nearly double the price! There's no fear of weights falling off or the adjustment grip rotating during use. The plates do move a little but not in a way that impedes your workout. Read more
