10/10 - Only wish I had purchased sooner!

Customerβ€”June 14, 2025

I was honestly running out of ideas for my Golden Retriever mix. He’s got endless energy, but fetch only keeps him entertained for so long, and most toys don’t survive more than a few days in our house. A friend recommended this herding ball, and it’s easily been the best purchase I’ve made for him. From the very first time we put it in the yard, he knew exactly what to do. He circles it, pushes it, blocks it, and sometimes even tries to trap it against the fence like he’s moving livestock. It keeps him engaged in a way no other toy has. The physical exercise is great, but what I like even more is that it works his mind too β€” he’s focused and thinking while playing, not just running in circles. The quality has really impressed me. The cover is super durable, the zippers are heavy-duty, and the inner ball holds up perfectly under pressure. It’s also surprisingly easy to inflate and set up. We’ve made it part of his daily routine, and he comes inside happy, tired, and totally satisfied after every session. If you’ve got a smart, high-drive dog who needs a real challenge, this is 100% worth the money. Read more

Dog approved

Jannetβ€”November 21, 2025

The hearding ball was very easy to set up, my brother used an electric pump to make the process of inflating the ball faster and easier. It is a decent size and perfect for our family dog to entertain herself (German Shepard Husky mix). She loved it the moment she realized we were blowing up was a giant ball. If she could she would play with the Herding ball all day and night. The only downside was that after the first use it got punctured by one of her bites or by something in our backyard, so it started deflating. Luckily the Herding ball comes with some patches so hopefully after fixing it the ball will be as good as new. Read more

Might want to use an electric air pump, and apparently the ball covering is not very sturdy

DanYaβ€”July 25, 2025

I have an Australian Shepherd who I thought would love this ball he hasn't quite picked up on the pushing aspect of it he wants to grab a hold of the only area that sticks out where the zipper is and try to pick it up and carry it like that, that does not work. I am thinking about typing down that little section so that maybe he will learn how to push it or herd it. The ball is very durable but he does take a while to blow it up unless you have a electric pump which I did not but it does come with spares of everything even a patch kit this is a very good, quality item, and I would recommend it.well so after having it for 2 weeks the ball has now ripped the outer shell of it and it's barely been used because my dog doesn't know how to use it so that is disheartening at most so I'm going to take away some stars for that Read more

Perfect Energy Outlet for Herding Breeds!

Jeremyβ€”December 2, 2025

Our Australian Shepherd absolutely loves this Furdo 25" Herding Ball! It’s tough enough to handle his nonstop energy and pushing without deflating or tearing. The size is perfectβ€”big enough that he can’t bite it, but light enough to chase and nudge around the yard for hours. It’s been a game changer for exercise and mental stimulation. We’ve used it with friends’ Border Collies and Heelers too, and they all go nuts for it. If you’ve got a high-drive herding dog, this ball is a must-haveβ€”durable, safe, and pure fun. Read more

Dogs love it!

Millerβ€”December 25, 2025

Great ball/ toy for our herding dogs. We have a Red Heeler, Texas Heeler, and Mini Aussie on our farm and they all love this ball so much! Even my parent’s dog who is a lab loves to play when he comes over. It’s the right size and weight for them to be able to run it around everywhere. It bounces and is pretty durable to chewing. Stuck Zipper

Aliciaβ€”May 16, 2025

I was really excited for this, because this is actually my second herding ball for my Border Collie and he absolutely adores them. The first got a hole and doesn't keep air for more than a few hours (and filling these up is a WORK OUT) so I finally broke down and bought a new one from this brand. The first day goes great; I fill it up, close it up, get it outside and my dog has a ball (literally). I set it in the barn for storage and the next day I come out. The barn is colder so it needs a bit more air; I go to open it. But the outside zipper doesn't budge? The included crochet hook has the rubber grip slip right off it in my attempts and the zipper doesn't move a centimeter. I wiggle it, I wriggle it, I try to push one end up or another down. I pull out a pair of needle nose pliers and I yank and I struggle. I dig marks into my hands, I hurt my wrists. I use the hook to try and clear any threads or strings but there's nothing there. The zipper just. Won't. Move. I can't use it, because a partially filled ball will pop. I can't return it, because it's nearly fully inflated. Likely, I might be able to get the zipper to budge in the winter when the temperature drops enough to maneuver the fabric over the ball inside, but frankly I'm not interested in waiting 7-8 months for that to happen. More likely; I'll have to cut the fabric over the zipper so I can access it, or break the zipper open completely, which defeats the purpose of the and gives my dog more grip to try and bite the ball or hurt himself on the metal zipper parts. If I could have returned the product I'd have given it 3 stars even with my frustration because honestly it's great. Despite the fact the zipper has welded the fabric entirely shut with no way for me to access it (presumably) ever again it's actually an amazing system with a double zipper and piece of fabric to protect dogs from biting the zipper (which happened with the old ball often, the zipper was the first thing to break on that.) I spent 70$ on this and got to use it once. I was angry at first (especially after nearly injuring myself trying to get it open) but now I'm just so incredibly disappointed. Edit to raise this up to 2 stars; as I was finally able to get the zipper open...by cutting open the piece of fabric that is intended to protect the zipper from your dog and then looping a ziptie into the zipper. Considering all this zipper needed was some form of pull and several hours and three different people couldn't unzip it with the provided tools (or extra tools we attempted to use) without damaging the product I'm still quite upset. But at least I (and my dog) can use it, now. Read more
