I have arthritis in my knee and have to tape it a very specific way 24/7 as I go through the process of losing weight. You can feel how high quality this tape is immediately when you touch it. It's just has a a much more premium feel than KT brand name, and especially the knockoffs you can find on here. It sticks really, really well. Stays in for up to five days for me with minimal edge peeling. Tips: always round the edges to keep them from peeling up under clothes. I bought this large roll of tape because I was previously buying the smaller rolls and it got expensive quickly. This brand of KT tape is a GREAT alternative to regular KT tape. It's cheaper, adheres to the skin very well, comes off easily in the shower, and provides great support and pain relief. I was excited to get this since I know kinesiology tape I’ve used before worked wonders. Unfortunately this tape does not stay put. It rolls & won’t stay in place as my other tape used to. I love this tape!! I like it even better than brand name KT tape, and it's a fraction of the price. The only thing that I've noticed is that it will sometimes leave adhesive residue on me, but that is fairly easily removed with pretty much any oil. Highly recommend! Read more
