I have arthritis in my knee and have to tape it a very specific way 24/7 as I go through the process of losing weight. You can feel how high quality this tape is immediately when you touch it. It's just has a a much more premium feel than KT brand name, and especially the knockoffs you can find on here. It sticks really, really well. Stays in for up to five days for me with minimal edge peeling. Tips: always round the edges to keep them from peeling up under clothes. And only remove this stuff in a warm shower because it sticks like crazy. I like to use a cheap bottle of conditioner, let it soak in, and then peel it off at the end of my shower.
