It works great! I have a laptop that has a camera and the screen is small. I have a monitor hooked up to my laptop and it doesn't have a built in camera. I had no problems connecting this Webcam to my monitor. It does the job as I do a lot of Teams, Zoom, and other online meetings and training sessions. The functionality and quality of the camera are very good. Read more

I’ve been using this 2K Windows Hello webcam for a few weeks now, and my experience has been a real mix — which I think aligns well with the average rating I saw from other buyers. On the plus side, the video quality is noticeably sharp compared to most basic webcams I’ve used before. The 2K resolution combined with auto-light correction makes video calls, Zoom meetings, and even Teams sessions look clean and detailed, even when my office lighting isn’t perfect. One feature that sold me on this model was the Windows Hello facial recognition, and honestly, it does work — but not flawlessly. In good lighting I can log in quickly with just a glance, which is fast and convenient. However, in dimmer setups or odd angles it sometimes fails to recognize my face, which means I end up typing my PIN instead. I’ve read that Windows Hello requires a compatible infrared sensor to work reliably, and not all cheaper webcams execute this perfectly, so that might explain the hit-or-miss behavior I’ve seen with mine. The built-in microphone gets the job done, but it’s definitely not going to replace a dedicated audio setup — voices can sound a little hollow if you’re farther from the camera. The privacy cover is a nice touch, giving me peace of mind when the camera isn’t in use. Setup was completely plug-and-play for me, and it worked seamlessly with Google Meet, Teams, and Zoom without any drivers. That said, I noticed on forums that some users have had mixed success getting the facial recognition to register consistently with Windows Hello on generic webcams, so I’m not alone there. Color accuracy- pretty good. In short: if you want an affordable webcam that mostly delivers good video quality and can do Windows Hello occasionally, this is a decent pick. Read more

This camera doesn't work with Windows Hello Face recognition despite the claim that it does. Tested on two seperate systems and both do not recognize it as a Hello compatible camera. Read more

I would not under any circumstances consider this a 4K resolution camera, as the quality and functionality is about what you'd expect from a regular webcam. It was super easy to install as a plug-and-play device, though, and it worked just fine with my system once I got it up and running; no compatibility issues whatsoever. Would have just preferred a higher-quality camera, but considering the price, it's not a bad value for systems that don't have one. Read more

Plug and play at its best. Unpacked and connected to my Windows 11 mini PC. It was detected and began working fine. The privacy cover was a feature that I looked for and it does the job. Read more

The media could not be loaded. PRO: Product comes neatly packaged. Contents were all present. The cable comes with a gender bender attachment to go from a USB-A to a USB-C connection on a computer. Plugging in the camera to a Windows 10 laptop. It was readily found and immediately usable. It works successfully with Microsoft teams and the native Windows camera app. The quality of the picture is high and absolutely reflects the 2K label. The color sensitivity is excellent and more indicative of real life. The audio is on par with other webcams and is unremarkable. CON: This product is marketed as being Windows Hello compatible. I was not able to get my up-to-date Windows 10 operating system to recognize the presence of a compatible webcam for this purpose. Looking at the comments, I see that some other people have had the same issue, too. Also worth noting by looking at the reviews this is not the same model as others have provided photos for so buyer. Beware. The camera has an autofocus feature that is enabled by default in Microsoft teams. I found that even subtle movements while sitting in a chair would be caught by the camera and it would try to focus resulting in a blurry overall picture. You have to disable that feature in order to maintain a constant depth of focus for your image. The viewable area is not as wide as some other models, refer to my video for a better viewable comparison. VERDICT: This functions as a high resolution webcam, no doubt about it. But, if you want it for the Windows log on feature using your face. This seemingly will not work. If that's what you want then look for another product. Read more

This camera locks in Windows Hello recognition quickly, even in mixed lighting, which makes sign‑ins feel seamless. The 2K image quality is crisp enough for professional calls without looking overly processed. Auto light correction does a good job balancing shadows and bright spots, so you’re not constantly adjusting your setup. The build feels stable, and the mount holds position without drifting. Setup is plug‑and‑go, and it integrates cleanly into a daily workflow without any extra fuss. Read more
