Perfect for aqua aerobics
I purchased these because I teach aqua aerobics and needed some lightweight water weights for outside the water. These are very lightweight when dry. I also use them to practice in the water. They are very easy to control under the water and great for beginners. If you have been using them for a while, you will want to move up to some "heavier" weights eventually. Read more
