I bought these after tweaking something in my finger which then kept getting tweaked every time I moved slightly wrong (like daring to open a jar of peanut butter). I only needed one layer around the knuckle to keep it aligned and stable enough to function in the rest of my daily life. I replaced it daily, not because there was anything wrong with the adhesive but because it picked up a lot of fuzz and was probably some manner of health hazard. (Probably good to let the skin breathe for a bit, too.) I also had a go using it to stabilize my thumb, but the adhesive didn't get along well with the skin on my wrist; if you have a sensitivity to adhesive, be mindful of where you use it. Read more

This tape is really tough and durable. The adhesive in it is really good as well. It's not so easy to rip apart, so I used scissors to cut it. This tape is great for active activities or sports like baseball or even biking. I used it once while going lap swimming and it actually held up well and didn't fall off on my wrist. I was so surprised. Honestly at 2" wide and over 20'+ feet of this tape the price is actually cheap. You don't need several wraps to get a good hold and stiff wrap. The Christian Cross wrist tape was exactly as described. The quality of the tape exceeds expectations. The tape was sticky and held well for several hours and it is also durable. These two rolls will go a long way and can be used for several applications. They can be used for multiple sports but for baseball the tape can be used to wrap wrists and/or ankles. You can also use the tape as a wrap for wooden bats or to wrap the barrel on a fungo bat. Great product that should outlast a long day of playing sports. Read more
