Pros: Great value (comes with 2 balls) Durable construction for active dogs Ideal for tug, fetch, and reward training Perfect size — not too big, not too small Easy to throw and handle Bright red color is easy to spot Provides tons of fun and exercise Cons: Rope will eventually wear out if chewed frequently Not for dogs who prefer chewing over playing Absolutely love these training balls on a rope! Getting two in a pack makes them an excellent value, and my dogs (especially my German Shepherds) go wild for them. They’re incredibly versatile — great for tug, fetch, or as a reward during training sessions. The bright red color makes them easy to spot, and the size is perfect for both control and safety. They’re durable enough to stand up to active play, though the rope will eventually wear down if your dog chews on it more than the ball. Still, you’ll get plenty of use before that happens. Super easy to throw, fun for the dogs, and top quality all around. This is hands down one of my favorite training tools, and my dogs couldn’t agree more! Read more

My Border Collie loves tug tug as a training reward. These are great for tug tug and throwing/retrieving as a reward. Love having 2, it keeps him wondering which one I’ll throw, always keeps him excited and eager to learn. They are made well and last. Read more

I got these originally as training toys for my Belgian Malinois and I wasn't going to let him play with them unsupervised because I know how he likes to chew ropes in hiding. But somehow he managed to get them down off from on top of the fridge and completely demolish the rope within minutes!! After that I just cut the rest of the rope off and now use just the ball part. They are sturdy!! They are heavy and not very bouncy, but my Malinois can't chew them up so that is impressive. Although some dogs will chew any ropes these were pretty small and thin in comparison to the ball. Read more

This rope ball is a hit for our dogs!! My dog is obsessed with it and loves chasing it and tugging on it! So far it has held up better than other rope balls I have tried. The rope is strong and the ball shape makes it easy for my dog to carry it around and play fetch with. Great value for the price-highly recommend! Read more

My terrier destroyed the rope in no time. The ball was to big for his 20 lb dog mouth. He does have a large head for his size. Read more

I have purchased various iterations of this type of dog toy. However, this one is the bat. The ball is variegated so it is easy for my dog to hang on to. The rope is sturdy and connected well. It’s just the right weight for a medium to large sized dog. The rope makes it easy to throw far and keeps me from having to touch the drool ridden ball. Also, I bought an extra one to use to work out knots in my upper back around my shoulder blades. I just hold on to the rope, toss the ball over my shoulder, and lean against the wall. Works great for this purpose and much less expensive than an actual massage ball, plus the varigated ball works better. Read more

Rope is terrible. Recommend buying a higher quality product. The ball is good, but the rope handle came undone on the first day and my Malinois is already tearing thru the rope. Read more
