Update: Seller contacted me, apologized and offered me either a full refund or replacement. I decided to give them another chance and opted for a replacement. I am grateful for the amazing customer service. I adjusted my rating to reflect my issue being addressed. It was good until it wasn't. I purchased in June of 2025. Very well made cables and dual port chargers. From day one, when I plug cables in one of the charger ports, the power indicator light goes out and will not charge. When you plug into the alternate port, it works fine. This is for both power blocks. So I never had the option to charge two devices at once. Fast forward to January of 2026, after 7 months of use, one cable starts charging intermittently. I keep one charger plugged at my bedside and one at my desk at the office. I then removed the cable from home and began using it at work. The second cable quit working the following month. I take care of my items and both were never rolled up, nor is there any visible distress to either cable. Each cable remained plugged in and stationary. My Samsung tablet is a slow charging unit. This charger has sped up the process. It does not perform well on a power strip, but works properly when plugged into a wall adapter. The cord is over 6 feet long increasing usefulness. If you want USB ports, this doesn't have them. You get 2 chargers with 2 ports per unit. Four units can be charged simultaneously. Bear in mind that your smartphone should be compatible. The charger can only charge as fast as your phone or tablet allow. The price of the charger justifies the advantages and disadvantages. The media could not be loaded. I've been using these chargers for the past 7 days, and noticed that one of the ports doesn't charge properly -- my phone would flash constantly from charging to not charging as shown on the video. I found out this morning when my phone failed to charge up to 100% but stuck at 69% overnight. One of the USB-C ports appears to be bad even though the cable would go in firmly (shown with the green sticky flag). The other USB-C port charges normally, as do the other two USB-C ports on the 2nd charger. While it's good value otherwise, I'd be a bit wary of the quality of the chargers. Addendum: I found the seller's email in the product's package, and reached out about this issue. He responded within 24 hours to apologize, and offered me a partial refund for this inconvenience. I appreciated his prompt response and offer and accepted it. Taking this into consideration, I've adjusted the product rating. Read more
