Better than expected
the base is very simple and does what it should without any real issue. The LED is very bright and illuminates the sphere well and casts an interesting shape on the ceiling as it illuminates through the sphere. the sphere itself is much nicer than I thought it would be and has a good amount of detail within the galaxy inside it. I wouldn't recommend putting this somewhere where you are likely to pass your face over it though due to how bright the LED is as the light exists the sphere. Read more

Mediocre quality at best
The light works and the remote works. The light in the base has no cover over the circuits. The biggest issue is the quality (or lack of) in the image in the orb. The face of the ocelot is squashed or flat on one side so it's lop sided and there's "swirls" or blurry sections with bubbles made by the tools used to make them inside that get highlighted when the light is on.
