Overall, these get 5 stars. I have bought several pairs of these so I don't have to put them in and out of my favorite footwear. They do get a little getting used to in the beginning. I think I have had bad posture for a number of years. I am on my feet a lot for work. I am not getting any younger, so I just figured the aches and pains I had were just associated with getting old, etc. Once I used these for a few days, it was either in my mind or they did help to support my arches and I believe I now have better posture. These will leave a compression area in the heel of whatever footwear you put them in--something like 1/8 inch depression +/-. The good news is they stay put very well then because of that depression. I have notice very little heel slip if any at all. I bought these on a whim because my arches were hurting while wearing my duty boots. I rarely have any foot pain any more. I paid about $20 a set for these. They are marked L and R. Make sure you put the correct support in the correct side footwear. You may laugh, but I have done it a couple times. My feet get to sweating sometimes and stink, so I have washed these by hand with no scent laundry detergent. I pat them dry-er with a paper towel and air dry the rest of the way. Do any of this at your own risk. I wish I had these years ago. 5 stars. Read more

My arches are nonexistent. These insoles are comfortable and fit well in all of my the shoes. I do not wear high heels. Because of issues I have major problems with my feet and knees. The damage because of falls, breaks and surgeries. So, the insoles does little to correct the problems I have with my left foot but works very well on the right foot. This is not a negative review of the product I just need more surgery to correct my problems. I highly recommend these insoles for folks that are looking for arch support and comfort. Read more

Unlike most people, I really like that those are made from hard material - that is how they can provide real support for the arches. Sadly, design is pretty weird - they are fairly short, spanning maybe 1/2 the arch, and they are very wide, and also pretty tall under the heel. Wideness is an issue in particular because I am simply having a hard time jamming them all the way back in all of my shoes - shoe heel cup is just narrower than the insole. Getting smaller size insole would probably help with that, but that would exaggerate issue with super short arch. For the reference, I wear men's US 12-13D, and got XL size as recommended (11.5-14). If I am to try them again, I would buy next size down, and unless you have wide feet (EE or wider) or are at the upper range of recommended sizes, I recommend you size down as well (if I wore size 14D probably XL would fit the heel cup just right). But I am not likely to try another size because putting them in shoes make me feel like I am walking on tall heels. Granted, sometimes there are times when one might want that (like recovering from achilles tendon injury), or maybe somebody is just used to tall heels in cowboy boots and want other footwear to feel similar way, but this is not for me. All in all - good try, but not quite usable (for me). Read more

My shoe size is US- women’s- size 8. I’m a middle aged hairstylist with worsening foot problems. I have what I consider to be high arches but according to the Dr Scholls foot mapping machine, I have medium-high arches. Anyway, I was a little bit skeptical about these because they are hard plastic with no cushion, but these are the best thing I’ve ever had on my feet. Hands down winner of any insole I’ve ever tried. Way more comfortable than the Dr Scholls gel arch support inserts, which were my favorite before these. I was worried about these moving around in my shoes and also that I would feel the “seam” where these stop since they are 3/4 insoles. They don’t move at all in my shoes and I never feel the seam. I will say, these do not work in shoes with heels higher than an inch because they don’t bend, and they don’t work in my ballet flats. They are great in tennies or boots. Read more

I have custom-made orthotics from the podiatrist, when my orthotics had to go into be resoled, I was left with absolutely nothing for support. I thought these out and they were my saving Grace during the time that my orthotics were being worked on. I use them for those specialty shoes that I don't wear every day in place of taking my daily orthotics in and out of each pair of shoes. Love this glad I bought them they are great for heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. Read more

I was using insoles for my Achilles tendonitis, but only feeling some relief. After WFH through covid the pain got worse... after shockwave treatment my new podiatrist wanted me in heels, which at 6ft tall I refuse to do. These insoles were the perfect compromise, paired with wedge-fit Schechers. These insoles address both the tendonitis and the arch pain that comes when I wear heels or heel lifts. Podiatrist approved of them as well. They are Not flexible, so they do start to hurt after a while, but I think it's still much better than the soft insoles with less support. Read more
