I bought this last minute online for my bridal shower. I had a blush dress that needed something to wear over in the colder weather since my event was in an atrium at the restaurant, but I didn’t want to have to wear a sweater that would take away from my outfit. Let me tell you that this was my saving grace. The cardigan is 3/4 sleeve and it hits mid torso which makes it very flattering. It fits very nice on top and then frames your body well so you don’t look like one big blob in pictures. I ordered the large since I am 5’07 about 190 lbs and it fit perfectly!!! An xl would be good for those who want the cardigan to fall straight down instead of framing your body. It hugged exactly where it needed to and the blush color is so beautiful and elegant. The fabric is also very nice it doesn’t look cheap at all so you can pair it with something dressy and dress it up or down. I wore mine the next day with just a cute float top and jeans and it was super cute! I will most definitely be buying more in other colors!!! Definitely give this one a try you won’t tegret it!!! After reading reviews about the sizing, I decided to size up from S to Med. Glad I did! Even the Medium is a bit close --- definitely not to wear over anything with a sleeve (a T-shirt type top with a short sleeve is o.k.). It's definitely a bolero style and falls just above waistline. I'm 5'4" and 118, normally wear size 6. I think a large would be too roomy through shoulders, so if you are usually a Small, go with Medium and cross your fingers. I bought the olive color. Bought this - true to size. Loved it. Borrowed it. Had to buy a second one. This is the perfect outer layer for over a dress. I was hesitant to buy this because some reviews said it’s true to size and some said to size up. One even said it was tight in the arms. I finally just bought my regular size (XL) and it fits perfectly, not tight at all and just enough room to make it comfortable but not baggy. It’s also very soft and seems well made. Just for reference, I’m very busty (36 DDD), my blouse size is 14/16, and I have fat arms. My advice is to buy your regular size. Read more
