Small, convenient and effective this automatic nail clipper works as described. Good quality materials and nicely finished. It takes a minute to figure out how it works because the English translation instructions are somewhat difficult to understand. But it is pretty straight forward once you get the hang of it. The nail clippings compartment is small but with easy access thus cleaning is not a problem. The convenient nail polisher head comes out easy so cleaning it is convenient. The dual speed works well allowing fast trimming of long or short nails. It charges really fast with the provided cord. The charge lasts long enough to perform maintenance. It usually takes 20 minutes to trim and polish my nails. I have not experience toe nails yet. I noticed some comments mentioned that the opening is not wide enough if one has thick nails. The product is good for kids or for the nails with flat tile shape. If you are a grown up with bigger size fingers (for example, men) and have curved nails, this product, with a straight slot designed, does not work for you well. In this case, even it works, it needs more than 5 minutes to finish two hands. The adult’s toes are bigger and thicker than the targets the slot designed to take, especially if your toes are curve shaped as most people have. I originally gave 3 stars. Now I decided to give 1 star. Its design cannot reach two corners of every nail. That leads to created little bit angles there. The little bit angles becomes scratchers to cut the skins in sleeping. This is a very nice tool. Because of some nerve damage to my hands it's very hard for me to manipulate regular nail clippers. But this works really well! Does a great job, is quick and easy, and fits in my hand very well. The buffer wheel would be better with a bit rougher surface, hence the 4 starts instead of 5. Still I recommend this product! We are first time parents, and when my wife and I both had very close calls with traditional fingernail clippers, we knew we had to find something else to clip our baby’s tiny little nails. The baby was 4 months old when we started using this, and she is now 6 months old and it has been an absolute game changer. Please note that we don’t use the slotted grinder yet for her— instead, we use it ourselves! What we use for her is the wheel grinder. It has more than enough power to grind down her little nails safely, and doesn’t jam up when you use a lot of pressure, but not enough to grind her delicate little skin, even with extended contact. I know it sounds too good to be true, but we did TONS of research on these devices, and when this particular one had a flash sale for 75% off ($8), we decided to take a chance since we knew we could just return it. Instead, we got the most pleasant surprise we could’ve hoped for. It looks like an average, cheap, off-brand, Chinese device, but for us, it works wonders. The anxiety of having to cut her nails has changed to excitement because we get to use this device. My wife and I actually compete to be the one who gets to use it on the baby! LOL The best part of this entire thing is that we use it on our own nails, too! You can literally cut your nails perfectly without even looking at what you’re doing, because the little slot cutter has a guard that allows you to use your fingertips to evenly make the trim to your nails. It really couldn’t be easier to use. If this device ever goes on sale again, we will be purchasing another to keep as a backup. They are AMAZING! Read more

Great concept, needs some help. Tough to get it started. Instructions????? Ready to return this, I fiddled around a bit and managed to turn it off, something that had eluded me. The polisher is great and simple to operate. It now seems to mostly work OK although it still takes 6 men and a horse to turn it off sometimes. When it works, it's great. However, it only turns off sometimes and letting it stay on until the battery dies seems . . . Well, stupid. It's pricey for an item that works as intended only occasionly. Read more

Now that I have this nail clipper that does the work for he’s not afraid to do it on his own. It’s works really good. It can trim your nails with the correct accuracy. It’s really durable.
