I ordered these black shorts, because they will go basically with any athletic shirt or tank top. The material is very light and soft, and shorts breathe well. I like the quality of the shorts, there are no issues whatsoever. At first, I wasn’t sure what size to get for my boy, since the sizes are not in numbers, but as XS, S, M… etc. I am very happy that I got an XS size, it fits him well, slightly big, but he will grow into them. That’s good there is a customizable string on the waist to make the shorts smaller if needed. I would say size Xsmall would fit a child that is 4-7 year old, depending how big and tall your boy is, and whether you want the shorts fit shorter or longer. Read more
