I've used them for workouts and for just hanging out at home. They are very easy to pull on and are comfy. They are not stiff or scratchy, and the fabric is soft and stretchy. Especially during stretching, it feels unrestrictive and moves with me instead of feeling tight. The padding I was worried about didn't bunch up in the wash like I thought it might. The support feels 'just right' for anything light to medium. I wouldn't definitely wear these for high impact workouts. I like the crisscross back and how it looks under tanks, and the straps don't slide off my shoulders. They also don't feel like they are pulling weirdly by the end of the day. These sports bras are very comfortable and so soft! I wear a 32DD so that puts me between a small and a medium a lot of the time. I went with a medium and it fits in a more relaxed way where I can almost forget I'm wearing a bra at all. I do think I could have gotten a small and had it fit with more compression and structure and that also would have been fine. I have worn them through rowing workouts and some light bench pressing without any issues. I have also worn them casually under quarter zips on days when comfort is king and have slept in them. The pads do shift, but they shift in isolated "zones" for lack of a better word. In the week I have had them I have never felt lacking in coverage; everything has stayed concealed. I really like this style with the strappy back that's extremely flattering. The material seems to be made of good quality however I don't really care for style of their sizing chart. I ordered the large thinking I fell in that category but now that I have then realize a size medium would've fit better. All the bras in my package had the exact same fit on my body but I definitely would recommend to size down once since the chart seems slightly unreliable. I think if these had a way to adjust the straps it would make them alot better fitted all around. I like this spandex type material for when I'm working out and sweating a lot since it seems more sweat wicking then other cotton combination materials. I got medium and these fit me well, can be a bit tighter but small might be too tight. Seems well made and durable, did not shrink or stretch after washing in the machine. Gives good support, comes with padding that can be removed. Good price for pack of 3. Read more
