This is not a bad 3-piece suit. It’s definitely average quality, not bad but not phenomenal. The vest and jacket are lined and the jacket has functional pockets. The pants are not lined so don’t fit as flattering. There are loose threads. This came with extra buttons so that’s a nice touch. The color is really amazing. I feel like I won’t wear this suit often, but it will be the star of the show whenever I do. I have some red heels that really showcase the color theme but I’d also wear black shoes if I was wearing a black shirt. The sizing is off. I bought my usual size and it is TIGHT. The vest doesn’t button at all. The blazer arms are snug and the pants are uncomfortably tight. I can definitely wear this but it’s more snug than I prefer. I ordered this suit in an xl for my daughter who normally wears a large because the listing mentioned it was slim fit. It fits, but it looks baggy on her, and it's not form fitting in any way. It's basically a big rectangle. I love the color. It looks exactly like the picture in the listing. It's lined, but the lining isn't thick so the back hem of the jacket rolls up on occasion. The material is also upside down, so instead on the pile laying from shoulder to hem, it's opposite. Edges of the inside back seam are visible through the velvet. The shoulder pad are skimpy and thin. She wore it for around three hours and it didn't crease or wrinkle, so that's nice. I'm going to need to bring it in for her but it's a nice suit regardless. Did I need this 3 piece velvet suit? No. Am I thrilled that I got it? Yes!!! What a super cool piece to add to my wardrobe. So much fun and easy to wear each part separately. The pants fit well and are long enough for my long legs. The only thing I would change about it, is that the jacket is a little large. As I ordered a small, the vest and pants fit well.
