More versatile than ski jacket hood
Warm and fits well over my ski helmet. While it's not water resistant, it does a good job for those colder slope days and is better for neck mobility than my ski jacket hood which can feel a bit restrictive since it's attached. I do wish there was some elastic in the balaclava to keep the face mask up, but it does a good job of keeping me warm. Read more

Great Hoods!
Great hood, they do fit over a helmet which is great for riding in colder weather! They are more lightweight than other brands, which reflects in their price. But you can layer with them easily. Read more

Said my daughter who is a delivery driver. I worried that these would be too big because they're made to go over a helmet, however, she has thick hair that falls down to the back of her knees and with it all in a pony for work, this hat leaves plenty of room for that. The drawstring also allows to pull tighter if you don't have as much hair. Anyone from the Midwest right now knows how cold it's been these past weeks, and these hoods with the balaclava has been perfect for getting out of vehicle to deliver in the cold.
